CA SHRIRAM ATAL, B.COM, FCA, FAFD

Mr Shriram Atal, a fellow Chartered Accountant, passed out CA in November, 2009 in first attempt and having experience of more than a decade in the profession. He has also passed out Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from ICAI.

He has got vast experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax, GST matters and Company Law Matters. He has wide experience in handling Income Tax related cases, both domestic and international taxation. He has represented numerous corporate in taxation matters and also provided advisory in relation to tax planning. He has been prominent personality in direct and indirect taxation field. He has also been actively representing in income tax litigation matters before the Income Tax Officers, CIT(A) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

He has handled and has got vast experience in auditing the accounts of Banks, Government Organisations, NGO, Airport Sector, Steel plants, Rolling Mills, Construction Companies, Plastic Factories, Engineering Companies, Architecture, Transport, Trading, Investment & Non Banking Finance & Manufacturing Companies.

He is co-opted member of Internal Audit Committee of NIRC of ICAI for the year 2020-21.He has been co-opted member of Professional Development Committee of NIRC of ICAI for the year 2018-19. He is National Executive Member and past National Treasurer of Global Chamber of Professionals. He is president of IMCC, India- East Delhi district and associated with Marwari Yuva Manch, Rajasthan Maheshwari Sewa Samiti Delhi and various NGO etc.

CA SWATI KABRA, B.COM, ACA

Swati Kabra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She possesses vast professional experience in handling corporate & individual tax matters, Auditing and assurance services including bank audits and having in-depth knowledge of Goods & Services Tax(GST). She has been serving several domestic & multinational companies and has extensive experience in providing advisory as well as compliance services. She has been involved in advising clients on various domestic and international tax matters for mitigating tax exposures and ensuring compliance etc. She has been equally active in providing effective dispute resolution to his clients.

CA SHALINI SOMANI, B.COM, ACA, DISA

Shalini Somani is a DISA qualified Practicing Chartered Accountant and having vast knowledge and exposure in the field of company law, indirect tax, direct tax. She also delivers motivational and professional videos from her youtube channel Gyaandhara and Tax4wealth as a Channel Partner. She has good taste of poetry which has been published in Maheshwari Samaj Magazine, Journals of Chartered Accountant, news-letter of Reliance Industries Ltd.

RAJESH KANKANI, B.COM, M.COM

Rajesh Kankani is having more than 20 years of practical experience in the field of Financial Management, Auditing including bank audits, Taxation- Direct & Indirect, Statutory Compliances, Accounting etc. He has worked with Balkrishna Industries Limited also for 10 years..
He has been involved in advising clients on various matters related to GST, Income Tax, TDS and ensuring various statutory compliance etc.

GAURI SHANKAR ATAL, B.COM (H)

Gauri Shankar Atal has more than 40 years experience in drafting of various deed, MOU, reply to notices, documentation regarding properties, contents for magazine, Agreements, undertaking, Minutes according to various laws, act, rules and regulations. He has been awarded various times by Central Minister, State Ministers and NGO for his best writing skills and articles. He has also long experience of Journalism and conducted interviews of various big personalities in the field of Politics, Socialist, Religious etc.
